P.C.A. Pub Cardinal opened in 1966 as Japan’s first pub and it is loved by a number of celebrities. In March 2008, it was reborn–adding elements of Akasaka restaurants and bars. With its location in the upscale Akasaka district, the restaurant offers a spacious terrace, intimate lounge (¥500 charge from 9pm-4am at lounge) and a bar area to relax and enjoy delicious food and drink. The restaurant brings an audio treat to the table with professional DJs choosing the background music with live DJs every Monday and Friday from 8pm–midnight. A single visit will be sure to make P.C.A. a favorite. On the gastronomy side, authentic dishes are created by their outstanding chefs, complimented by fine wines chosen by sommelier and cocktails created by skilled mixologists. The restaurant has a private room for 6 people and has seating for 50 with an additional 30 seats available on the terrace. P.C.A. has a happy hour Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 8pm with beer, cocktails and wine for ¥500

To this store on the first floor of Akasaka biz tower,😋 I visited for lunchOpen as a café and restaurant at noon and at a pub at nightLocated in Akasaka biz tower above Chiyoda Line Akasaka Station,There is also a terrace seat, inside is non-smoking,The terrace seat seems to be smoking!When I visited, there were 4 types of lunch,Order a lunch with 3 shrimp bowls in it ðŸ‘Unexpectedly large shrimp and the amount is substantial,Homemade tartare sauce is sprinkled under the flyA bowl of salad and a drink, a little over 1,000 yenIt is a restaurant where the atmosphere is calm and you can relax ðŸ‘
